KEAHOU SEA CAVE TOUR
Kona Kayaking at its Best!
Explore Kona’s famous warm, clear waters in an up close and personal way with this guided adventure led by Hawaii lifeguard certified, insured, and licensed tour leaders. You’ll launch into calm and picturesque Keauhou Bay where a group instruction is conducted, then head south along the cliffs toward Kuamoo Bay. In Kuamoo Bay you’ll head for a sea cave hoping to explore its pink walls and aqua waters, then follow the coastline – paddling over coral gardens and underwater lava tubes, till you arrive at the next cave which is almost always calm and cool. In a protected and calm cove you may snorkel the reefs. Tropical fish are abundant and you may see octopus, parrotfish, yellow tang, butterflies, wrasse, or even a crown of thorns. Climb up to a vantage point above the cove to enjoy snacks and cold drinks and where the water looks clear – tempting many to jump off the 10-20ft cliffs into the water below!
