ULTIMATE KAUAI ADVENTURE (45-55 MIN)
The Beauty Of Kauai…
On this helicopter tour you’ll see Waimea Canyon, Na Pali Coast, Wailua Falls, Mount Wai’ale’ale and more while learning about the legends and history of this beautiful island. Waimea Canyon – dubbed by Mark Twain as the ” Grand Canyon of the South Pacific” (although Mark Twain never visited the island he
must have seen enough of it to judge the unparalleled grandeur of this famous Kauai landmark!) is truly a spectacular sight. Mount Wai’ale’ale is known as the wettest spot on earth with an average annual rainfall of over 400 inches so there will be plenty of waterfalls. Most of this mountain rain drains into the nearby Alakai Swamp, home to several rare species of plants and birds. Keep an
eye out for Wailua Falls – you’ll remember them from “Fantasy Island”, the TV series!
The WhisperSTAR is the ultimate in sightseeing helicopters. More interior room, more visibility with added plexiglass and elevated rear seats.
Restrictions: For persons over 250lbs additional fees will apply.
Tour routes and sights may vary according to weather and wind conditions.
