Recapture the “Spirit of Old Hawaii”

Be taken back 100 years & 27 miles from Waikiki to the  exclusive beachfront property on the shores of West Oahu.  Since 1976, over 3 million visitors to the islands have become a part of the Germaine’s Ohana.  Germaine’s Luau has been acclaimed as America’s Best Luau in “America’s Best 100” and has been filmed by ABC’s “Good Morning America”. Come to where you will still experience a traditional luau.

Upon arrival, all guests are traditionally welcomed with a Hawaiian Shell Lei.  The sounding of the conch shell announces the beginning of the evening’s festivities!  Picture taking opportunities await as the Royal Court of Polynesia makes its entrance.  As the imu (underground oven) is uncovered, the savory aroma of the Kalua Pua’a (roasted pig) – your main course of the evening – reminds us that dinner is soon to be served. The night is filled with beauty, color and excitement as the multi-talented kane (men) and wahine (women) take you through a non-stop, action-packed journey throughout the Islands of Tahiti, Samoa, New Zealand as well as the romantic hula of Hawaii.

Standard Dinner Show:

Ali’i Dinner Show:
Includes preferred seating, flower lei greeting, two beverages of your choice, filet mignon, lobster and much more.  A special show souvenir is also included.

Cocktail Show:
Offers a choice of two standard drinks or one exotic cocktail.

The Polynesian Cultural Center Experience…

A Dinner and Magic Show

Spend your evening with Magic of Polynesia for dining and entertainment that’s uniquely Polynesian, full of surprises, humor and island spirit.  You’ll find this a unique show that captivates all ages and crosses all languages, Its more than just a magic show!

Watch John Hirokawa (recipient of the International Magician’s Society Merlin Award) perform astonishing levitations to baffle your senses.  You’ll see a helicopter suddenly appear, a dangerous death trap escape and other illusions that will leave you bewildered.  The illusions are not only accompanied by dazzling lasers, pyrotechnics and special effects, but also a cast of beautiful dancers with a flair for Polynesia, and a fire dancer that will demonstrate his flare in a display of athleticism and agility!

It’s an exclusive evening of dining and entertainment when you select the Deluxe Dinner Package of Magic of Polynesia. You’ll be greeted with a kukui nut lei upon your entrance to the Ohana Waikiki Beachcomber showroom and then escorted to the preferred seating area. Dinner is graciously served with flavors of the islands as you enjoy the pre-show entertainment.

Then sit back and be amazed as John Hirokawa (International Magician’s Society Merlin Award winner), thrills you with unbelievable levitations, mysterious disappearances and other bewildering illusions.  The illusions are not only accompanied by dazzling lasers, pyrotechnics and special effects, but also cast of beautiful dancers with a flair for Polynesia.  Also featured is a fire dancer that will demonstrate his flare in a dynamic display of athleticism and agility.
